Olav Storm Kjestrup, CEO and founder

Olav has a bachelor degree in Information & Communication Technology from the University of Southern Denmark. Prior to this, he worked at LEGO as technician. He started his professional career as a developer in a Danish software company making financial software. In 2005 he started as CEO for RSP Systems and has since then been working both as a software developer and CEO.

Stefan Banke, Investment Manager, Board Member and founder

Stefan has a professional background as MSc. in Optical Physics from the University of Southern Denmark and did a master thesis on Raman spectroscopy. Afterwards he continued his work with optical physics and particularly Raman spectroscopy as a Research Assistant at the Biophotonic Group, University of Southern Denmark. While working at the University he has been involved in many aspects of research as well as practical problems, project management and IPR management.

Morten Henneberg, R&D Manager and founder

Morten has a professional background as MSc. in Optical Physics from the University of Southern Denmark and did a master thesis on Raman spectrometer designs. The ideas generated through this thesis was, together with the ideas from Stefan, the starting point for RSP Systems. He is an expert in advanced optics and has developed spectrometers and probes for NI-BGM.

Thomas Juhl, Business Development and founder

Thomas has an international masters degree in language and economics from the University of Southern Denmark. He worked at the Danish Embassy in South Africa as trade adviser – helping Danish companies entering the Southern countries in Africa. He started his professional career in Denmark as a Business Developer in a minor Danish company producing customized transport solutions. He was the last of the founders to join the company full-time in the spring of 2008.
