Jarne Elleholm, Chairman of the Board
Jarne has more than 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical and life science industries with a record of achievements in strategic business development, restructuring and driving profitable growth. He served as CEO for the Biotech company Aresa A/S, where he built up the organization and completed an IPO. Prior experience includes European Vice President for Whatman International and CEO for Lundbeck Ltd. UK where he successfully launched several pharmaceutical products. Jarne holds an M.Com from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from INSEAD.
Dr. Anders Weber, Board Member
Anders has a Ph.D. in Immunology from the Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University Copenhagen and has performed his post doctorate studies on optical immunosensors at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and the Biotechnology Centre in Pittsburgh. He started his industrial career as Development Engineer at Radiometer A/S in Copenhagen as part of a team developing amperometric glucose and lactate sensors and subsequently headed the advanced Sensors Development Unit. In various capacities, he initiated and managed 12 SME’s on behalf of Danish Development Finance Corporation and other investors, raising in total more than 100 million EUR. Since January 2008, he is working as an independent business consultant.
Gustaf Iuel-Brockdorff, Board Member
Gustaf holds a masters degree in inorganic chemistry from the University of Copenhagen as well as an e-MBA from Centre for Technology, Economics and Management at the Technical University of Denmark. Gustaf started his career as a patent agent for a Danish agency. He then moved on to become purchasing consultant on EU-Tenders for laboratory equipment purchases. For the last 5 five years he has been an investment manager at Syddansk Innovation A/S, which main focus area is pre-seed investments.
Stefan Banke, Board Member and founder
Stefan has a professional background as a MSc. in Optical Physics from University of Southern Denmark and did a master thesis on Raman spectroscopy. Afterwards he continued his work with optical physics and particularly Raman spectroscopy as a Research Assistant at the Biophotonic Group, University of Southern Denmark. While working at the University he has been involved in many aspects of research as well as practical problems, project management and IPR management.
