To strengthen our development efforts, we are looking for a new colleague, who can handle the ever-changing working environment, which an R&D organisation finds itself in.

Job Profile

As our new Electronics Engineer, you will report to the Hardware Development Manager and you will join our growing hardware team, currently consisting of 5 highly-skilled engineers in the fields of mechanics, electronics and optics. Together with the team, you will contribute to design, test and verification of our hardware platform. Especially, with your solid background in electronics, you will:

  • Design PCBs (schematic, stack-up, layout, BOM) using Altium or PADs
  • Design electronics for test, assembly and manufacturing
  • Simulate electronics circuitry and verify its functionality by rapid prototyping
  • Ensure that good design practices are implemented
  • Contribute to risk management and FMEA
  • Perform root cause analysis on existing prototypes
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant medical standards

If you have experience with medical device development, it is definitely a plus. If not, you will get it.

We offer an inspiring position, where getting the job done requires not only a strong professional skill set but also ingenuity and creativity. Our working environment is informal and characterized by a strong team spirit where each member has an essential role in the development.

Candidate Profile

You have a university degree in Electronics Engineering, have at least 3+ years of experience designing PCBs, and are passionate about developing electronics in general. As a person, you have an enthusiastic and systematic approach to problem-solving and have an eye for detail and quality. Extensive knowledge of electrical safety and EMC is required, and knowledge of medical device development is an advantage. Finally, you can easily document and convey complex knowledge to project stakeholders.

Work location

You will be located in our office in the Southern part of Odense, close to the freeway and public transportation.
