With a strong background in science and venture capital, Anders is our visionary leader. Including his time serving on the Board of Directors, Anders has been with RSP Systems for more than 15 years. He holds a master’s degree in engineering, and a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Copenhagen.

Anders Weber
Michael is responsible for all commercial aspects of our business from corporate communication to market access, and market-entry strategy design. He has been engaged in the Medical Device industry for more than 20 years with previous employers including Coloplast and Ambu. Michael joined RSP Systems in 2024 and holds a master’s degree in international marketing and management from Copenhagen Business School and London Guildhall University.

Michael Gürtler
Anders leads our R&D efforts in predictive algorithms and optical system designs by leveraging his deep expertise in spectroscopy, multivariate data analysis, and clinical study planning. Anders has been with RSP Systems since 2018 and holds a master’s degree in physics, Technology, and Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematical Modelling.

Anders Pors
Toni joined RSP in 2025 to bring the world’s first non-invasive glucose measurement system to the market. He brings 30+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, having held leadership roles at major players in the MedTech industry including Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, Coloplast, Sorin, LiveNova, and Straumann. Toni holds a master’s degree in computer science and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of the Witwatersrand (South Africa).

Toni Jørgensen
Steffen is at the core of the company’s software and hardware development activities where he uses his expertise in C, C++, Pascal, and PHP to design, refine, and optimize system architecture, as well as to support hardware and software development. Steffen joined RSP Systems in 2019 and holds a technical degree in electronics and a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering.

Steffen Brummer
Martin is involved in the end-to-end development of the company’s technology, where he combines innovation and system-level thinking to define RSP Systems’ technology roadmap, identify and evaluate new technologies, and ensure intellectual property protection. Martin has been with RSP Systems for 20 years and holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, and a master’s degree in Embedded Robotics and Optics from the University of Southern Denmark (SDU).

Martin Schjoldager Nielsen
Markus has redirected his expertise from the stars to the human body, detecting glucose molecule spectra through advanced Spectroscopy, Applied Statistics, and Machine Learning. Markus joined RSP Systems in 2021 and holds a master’s degree in physics from the University of Copenhagen, with a specialization in Astrophysics.

Markus Thor Rasmussen
Lasse plays a key role in device development, applying his expertise in digital signal processing and sensor variability management to support embedded algorithms and software development. He joined RSP Systems in 2021 and holds a Master’s degree in Digital Signal Processing from Aalborg University.

Lasse Juul Villadsen
Kaspar is part of the company’s analytical engine, leveraging his expertise in pre-validation methodologies, outlier detection, and advanced variable selection techniques to refine our Raman-based predictive algorithms. Kaspar joined RSP Systems in 2020 and holds a Master’s degree in Nanobioscience from the University of Southern Denmark (SDU).

Kaspar Gothardt Rasmussen
Hicham is central to catalyzing industrialization and production ramp-up, while supporting the R&D organization through key technical and architectural decisions. He joined RSP Systems in 2022 and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern Denmark (SDU), bringing 25+ years of experience in product development focused on mechanical design.

Hicham Ali Saoud
Dino is involved in optical simulation and testing, system engineering, and medical device development, supporting the company’s early-stage R&D activities. He joined RSP Systems in 2023 and holds a bachelor’s degree in physics and a Ph.D. in Optics and Biophysics from the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen. His education is complemented by research training at Stanford University (US) and the University of Cambridge (UK).

Dino Ott
David operates at the interface of hardware and software, integrating electronics and software within the company’s medical devices. His expertise covers control systems, wireless communication, embedded development for microcontrollers and application processors, CCD/CMOS sensors, and embedded Linux. He joined RSP in 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information and Communication Technology from VIA University College.

David Papp
Bjørn operates at the heart of product realization, playing a hands-on role in the evolution of RSP’s technology from early WM3.4 prototypes to the current generation of human-grade medical devices. He is also responsible for establishing and maintaining the production environment for devices manufactured in compliance with ISO 13485. Bjørn joined RSP Systems in 2016 as an intern during the final term of his electronics studies.

Bjørn Karlsen
Barbara is at the heart of the company’s clinical operations. She leads the planning, execution, and documentation of clinical and in-house research studies supporting our non-invasive glucose-sensing technologies. She joined RSP Systems in 2022 and holds a master’s degree in medical physics, and a Ph.D. in Nanotechnology from Dublin City University.

Barbara Korzeniowska
Tatyana joined RSP Systems in January 2026 to support the company’s communication strategy and the writing of clinical and scientific documents. Tatyana holds a Ph.D. degree in Drug Discovery from the University of Campinas (Brazil) in collaboration with the University of Melbourne (Australia). She has 19+ publications, 2 book chapters, and 7 years of experience in R&D and grant writing.

Tatyana Almeida Tavella
Tina supports the company’s financial management, board reporting, and a wide range of administrative and HR-related functions, building RSP’s financial and organizational backbone. She joined RSP Systems in 2025 and holds a degree in Finance and Marketing, bringing 40+ years of experience in finance and administration, including 12 years in the medical device industry.

Tina Kristensen
Ulla-Britts has been shaping the rhythm of RSP Systems since 2018. With a radiant spark, she is our office multitask octopus, bringing energy, balance, and a positive spirit that keeps the team motivated every day.

Ulla-Britt Nielsen
Amalia is helps to structure workstreams across functional areas bridging together the key competences in RSP Systems from engineering and clinical to quality and regulatory. She joined RSP in 2019 and holds a degree in Product Development Engineering from the University of Southern Denmark (SDU).

Amalie Philipps
Haitham joined RSP as IT Manager in March 2026. He brings 26 years of experience within IT server and client infrastructure, Microsoft 365, hardware and software management, and ISO 27001‑aligned practices. With a strong technical background and solid operational understanding, Haitham focuses on maintaining a secure, stable, and efficient internal IT environment. He is dedicated to continuous improvement and supports colleagues with practical solutions that enhance daily work
