Non-invasive glucose measurements – database and calibration compilation (RSP-02)

Aim of the study

Calibration model feasibility assessment for the LM1.2 prototype, with focus on early optical performance and system limitations.

Study description

The participants completed a single inclinic measurement session using the LM1.2 prototype. Noninvasive optical readings were paired with capillary glucose reference values to expand the calibration database and evaluate whether the LM1.2 design could reliably detect glucoserelated signals.

Conclusions

The LM1.2 prototype demonstrated feasibility for non-invasive glucose measurement, while also revealing key system limitations that guided subsequent technical improvements.
