Non-invasive glucose measurements – database and calibration compilation (RSP-03)
Aim of the study
Calibration model performance assessment for the LM2.0 prototype, with focus on optical configuration and focal-depth requirements.
Study description
The participants completed a single inclinic measurement session using the LM2.0 prototype. Noninvasive optical readings were paired with capillary glucose reference values to expand the calibration database and assess whether the updated optical design and focal depth of LM2.0 improved signal quality and glucoserelated detection.
Conclusions
The study showed that optical configuration and sufficient focal depth are critical for reliable glucose signal detection and robust calibration performance
