Non-invasive glucose measurements – database and calibration compilation (RSP-04)

Aim of the study

Calibration model performance assessment for enhanced LM2.0 optics, with focus on increased focal depth under controlled glucose excursions.

Study description

Thirteen participants completed two inclinic study days, each including multiple measurement sessions and an Oral Glucose Tolerance Test to induce controlled glucose excursions. Noninvasive optical readings from the updated LM2.0 configuration were paired with capillary glucose reference values to evaluate whether increased focal depth improved signal quality and calibration robustness.

Conclusions

Enhanced focal depth improved the relationship between optical signals and glucose levels under controlled glucose excursions, confirming the benefit of the updated optical design.
