Non-invasive glucose measurements – database and calibration compilation (RSP-05)
Aim of the study
Feasibility and performance assessment of the WM2.0 prototype, with focus on glucose-related signal detection during controlled glucose excursions.
Study description
Twentythree participants completed two inclinic study days, each including multiple measurement sessions and an Oral Glucose Tolerance Test to induce glucose fluctuations. Noninvasive optical measurements from the WM2.0 prototype were paired with capillary glucose reference values to assess whether the updated system design could reliably detect glucoserelated spectral features.
Conclusions
The WM2.0 prototype demonstrated reliable detection of glucose-related signals during controlled glucose changes, supporting its feasibility for further development.
